Arrrt Terms of Use
Please read the following terms of service carefully before using or purchasing Arrrt App products and services. Any direct or indirect use of related services or data will be considered as having understood and agreed to this agreement; if you have any objections to any terms of this agreement, please stop using Arrrt App products and services.
I. Basic Terms
1. Only after you acknowledge and agree to this agreement and complete the registration process can you become a formal user of Arrrt App. You should have the civil conduct capacity in accordance with the law when registering, and if you do not have the civil conduct capacity adapted to the aforementioned actions, your guardian shall bear all consequences caused thereby in accordance with the law;
2. When you directly or indirectly use the services and content of Arrrt App, you should comply with the laws and regulations of the relevant region. If you use any services or content obtained from Arrrt App to violate laws and regulations, Arrrt App shall not bear any responsibility;
3. The services and content provided by Arrrt App may change, and some services may be permanently or temporarily discontinued without prior notice to you;
4. The ownership and intellectual property rights of Arrrt App belong to StarWeave Co., Ltd. No one may copy, scrape, or otherwise illegally acquire and use its programs and content in whole or in part, otherwise StarWeave Co., Ltd. has the right to pursue its legal responsibilities.
II. Acquisition, Updates, and Uninstallation
1. If you obtain this software or an installation program with the same name from an unauthorized third party, Arrrt App cannot guarantee that the software will function properly, and any losses caused thereby are not related to Arrrt App;
2. Arrrt App will continue to iterate and upgrade, and it may be possible that old versions will not function properly after updates. Please download the latest version in time;
3. If you no longer need to use this software or need to install a new version, you can uninstall it yourself;
III. Membership Subscription
1. After subscribing to Arrrt Pro membership, you will receive corresponding services, including reading all published painting content on Arrrt App, downloading paintings, viewing topics, using art icons, etc., and some functions will be restricted without a membership subscription;
2. The Arrrt Pro membership service is a subscription-based paid service, which means you will prepay for future subscription use. Currently, you can choose to use the service on a monthly or annual basis;
3. The membership service on iOS devices is an auto-renewal model. Within 24 hours before the end of each subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew by default unless you cancel the auto-renewal or we suspend or terminate this auto-renewal service in accordance with this agreement. On other devices, you need to manually renew before the service expires;
4. We may adjust the subscription fees. If you have already subscribed to the membership service, the new fees will take effect in the next subscription period.
5. Your membership is non-transferable, and the Arrrt Pro membership service is for your personal use only;
IV. Content Declaration
1. For any content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, data, etc.) obtained through the use of Arrrt App services, Arrrt App focuses on information identification and content quality, but does not guarantee its completeness, authenticity, or accuracy;
2. Without special instructions, the paintings displayed in Arrrt App follow the CC0 agreement (https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/deed.zh). Please read carefully and comply with the agreement in the use of related content. Arrrt App does not assume any responsibility or loss due to your incorrect or improper use of related content;
3. If the painting copyright agreement changes, Arrrt App does not guarantee that it can obtain relevant information in time and notify you;
4. The text content of the painting introduction in Arrrt App is compiled and written by the Arrrt editorial team, and the copyright belongs to Arrrt App. Please indicate the source when quoting, otherwise, you may be subject to civil and criminal penalties for copyright infringement, including possible compensation for damages;
5. If you have any questions about copyright issues, or if you believe that any content in Arrrt App infringes on your or others' rights, please contact us by email at xinghezuoyong@wedea.cn.
V. Miscellaneous
1. Due to unforeseeable or uncontrollable reasons, including but not limited to government actions, hacker attacks, virus invasions, or other factors affecting the normal operation of the public internet, this service may become unavailable. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any losses caused by such circumstances, and we are not required to refund your subscription fees.
2. If your direct or indirect actions disrupt the ability of Arrrt App to provide services, Arrrt App has the right to take all reasonable steps to maintain the normal provision of services, including possibly suspending your access to this service or terminating your account.
